Thank you for shopping at mittap.com. mittap provides unique fashion product from our independent designers back by high-quality material and reliable production. Our members of the team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customer's satisfaction.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request. Or you can Accept our compensation package.

Easy Exchanges:
Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock. If you have any problems,plese contcat our customer service by service@mittap.com. We will replay as soon as possible.

Fast Refund:
If you need to return the items please contact us to get the return address. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return items and to make sure it is still the original one without washed or worn.

Returns &Exchanges Policy
-Purchase (except swimwear, lingerie, and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date.

-Please note that evening and wedding dress are order-made products, you can return them only if there is an obvious quality problem within 7 days. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.

-Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on package. Or it will take long time to issue refunding.

If the prduct have quality problem like damages, mittap will issue a full refund or ship a new one to buyer. If the problem is caused by the buyer, such as pick the wrong size or color, the buyer need to pay for the return or exchange shipping fees.

Notice
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

1.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

2.Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

3.We do not accept any request of exchange&return once the "specials" are sold.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return
1.Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.

2.Swimwear and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange.

3.Swimwear and lingerie can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.

4.You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it's canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us by email. if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied . We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
